Debyosy is a rural locality situated in the Udmurt Republic of Russia. It serves as the administrative center of the Debyossky District.
The population of the settlement has remained relatively stable over recent decades. According to census data, the population was 5,383 in 1989, increased to 5,828 in 2002, and stood at 5,720 in 2010.
