Kyzyl-Mazhalyk is a rural locality situated in the Republic of Tuva, Russia. It serves as the administrative centre of the Barun-Khemchiksky District.
According to census data, the population of Kyzyl-Mazhalyk was 5,072 in 2010, following a count of 5,046 in 2002 and 5,754 during the 1989 Soviet census.
