Kaa-Khem

Kaa-Khem is an urban locality situated in the Tuva Republic of Russia. It serves as the administrative center for the Kyzylsky District.

The town was established in 1975 following the opening of an industrial plant. According to the 2010 census, Kaa-Khem had a population of 15,044 residents.
