Uporovo is a rural locality situated in the Tyumen Oblast region of Russia. It serves as the administrative center for the Uporovsky District.
According to census data, the population of the locality has remained relatively stable over several decades. The 1989 Soviet census recorded a population of 5,466, while subsequent counts showed 5,333 residents in 2002 and 5,847 in 2010.
