Tver is a city in Russia that serves as the administrative centre of Tver Oblast. It is situated at the confluence of the Volga and Tvertsa rivers, located approximately 180 kilometres (110 mi) northwest of Moscow.
According to the 2021 census, the city has a population of 416,216 residents.
