Maksatikha is an urban-type settlement located in Russia. It serves as the administrative center of the Maksatikhinsky District within the Tver Oblast region.
The settlement is situated on the left bank of the Mologa River, positioned near the mouth of the Volchina River. According to census data, the population was recorded at 8,744 in 2010, following previous counts of 9,753 in 2002 and 10,217 during the 1989 Soviet census.
