Kesova Gora is an urban locality situated in the Tver Oblast region of Russia. It serves as the administrative center of the Kesovogorsky District.
The settlement is located approximately 32 kilometers from Kashin and 50 kilometers from Bezhetsk. According to census data, the population was recorded at 3,877 in 2010, following a slight decline from 4,076 in 2002 and 4,208 in 1989.
