Strezhevoy is a town located in the Tomsk Oblast region of Russia. It is situated on the shores of the Ob River's canal.
According to census data, the population of the town has remained relatively stable over several decades. The 1989 Soviet census recorded a population of 43,348, followed by 43,815 in 2002, and 42,219 as of the 2010 census.
