Seversk is a closed city located in the Tomsk Oblast of Russia. It is situated on the right bank of the Tom River, approximately 15 kilometers (9.3 mi) northwest of the city of Tomsk.
The city's population was recorded at 108,590 during the 2010 census, following a figure of 109,106 in the 2002 census.
