Tyulyachi is a rural locality situated in the Republic of Tatarstan, Russia. It serves as the administrative center of the Tyulyachinsky District.
According to the 2010 census, the population of Tyulyachi was 3,265 residents, an increase from the 2,943 people recorded in the 2002 census.
