Nizhnekamsk is a city located in the Republic of Tatarstan, Russia. It is situated to the south of the Kama River, positioned between the cities of Naberezhnye Chelny and Chistopol.
According to census data, the population of Nizhnekamsk has grown steadily over recent decades. The 2021 census recorded a population of 241,479, following figures of 234,044 in 2010 and 225,399 in 2002.
