Laishevo is a town located in the Republic of Tatarstan, Russia. It serves as the administrative center of the Laishevsky District and is situated on the right bank of the Kama River along the shore of the Kuybyshev Reservoir.
The town is positioned approximately 62 kilometers (39 miles) southeast of Kazan, which is the capital of the republic. According to the 2010 Census, Laishevo had a population of 7,735 residents.
