Arsk is a town located in the Republic of Tatarstan, Russia. It serves as the administrative center of the Arsky District and is situated along the Kazanka River.
The town is positioned approximately 65 kilometers (40 miles) from Kazan, which is the capital of the republic. According to the 2010 Census, Arsk had a population of 18,114 residents.
