Pervouralsk is a city located in the Sverdlovsk Oblast of Russia. It is situated on the Chusovaya River, approximately 39 kilometers west of Yekaterinburg, which serves as the administrative center of the oblast.
According to census data, the population of Pervouralsk has fluctuated over recent decades. The 2010 census recorded a population of 124,528, following a count of 132,277 in 2002 and 142,193 during the 1989 Soviet census.
