Degtyarsk is a town located in the Sverdlovsk Oblast of Russia. It sits on the Vyazovka River and is situated approximately 35 kilometers west of Yekaterinburg, which serves as the administrative center of the oblast.
The town falls under the administrative jurisdiction of the Town of Revda. According to census data, the population was recorded at 15,522 in 2010, following a previous count of 15,869 in 2002 and 18,394 during the 1989 Soviet census.
