Novopavlovsk is a town located in the Stavropol Krai region of Russia. It serves as the administrative center of the Kirovsky District and is situated on the left bank of the Kura River.
According to census data, the population of the town has fluctuated over recent decades. The 2010 census recorded a population of 26,562, following figures of 23,235 in 2002 and 18,589 during the 1989 Soviet census.
