Nogliki

Nogliki is an urban locality and the administrative center of the Nogliksky District in the Sakhalin Oblast of Russia. It is situated near the eastern coast of Sakhalin Island, positioned approximately 6 kilometers inland from the Sea of Okhotsk shoreline and about 600 kilometers north of the regional capital, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.

The population of Nogliki has fluctuated over recent decades. According to census data, the population was recorded at 11,546 during the 1989 Soviet census, decreasing to 10,729 in 2002 and further declining to 10,231 by the 2010 census.
