Vilyuysk is a town located in the Sakha Republic, Russia. It serves as the administrative center of the Vilyuysky District and is situated on the banks of the Vilyuy River.
The town is positioned approximately 600 kilometers (370 miles) away from Yakutsk, which is the capital of the Sakha Republic. According to the 2010 Census, the population of Vilyuysk was 10,234 residents.
