Namtsy is a rural locality situated in the Sakha Republic, Russia. It serves as the administrative center of the Namsky District and is the only inhabited locality within that district. Additionally, it functions as the administrative center of the Lensky Rural Okrug.
The population of Namtsy was recorded at 8,890 during the 2010 Census, reflecting an increase from the 8,249 residents documented in the 2002 Census.
