Plyussa

Plyussa is an urban locality and the administrative center of the Plyussky District in the Pskov Oblast region of Russia. It is situated along the river Plyussa, approximately 91 kilometers (57 miles) northeast of the city of Pskov.

Municipally, the town is incorporated as the Plyussa Urban Settlement, which is one of two urban settlements within its district. According to census data, the population was recorded at 3,450 in 2010, following a decline from 3,856 in 2002 and 4,317 during the 1989 Soviet census.
