Norkino is a rural locality situated in the Republic of Bashkortostan, Russia. It serves as the administrative center of the Norkinsky Selsoviet within the Baltachevsky District.
As of the 2010 census, the settlement had a population of 406 residents. The village layout consists of nine streets.
