Krasnogorodsk is an urban locality and the administrative center of the Krasnogorodsky District in the Pskov Oblast region of Russia. It is situated on the Sinyaya River, located south of the city of Pskov.
Municipally, the town is incorporated as the Krasnogorodsk Urban Settlement, which serves as the only urban settlement within its district. According to census data, the population was 3,870 in 2010, following a decline from 4,694 in 2002 and 5,295 during the 1989 Soviet census.
