Lesozavodsk is a town located in the Primorsky Krai region of Russia. It is situated on the Ussuri River, approximately 10 kilometers (6.2 mi) from the Sino–Russian border and about 300 kilometers (190 mi) north of Vladivostok, which serves as the administrative center of the krai.
According to census data, the population of Lesozavodsk has fluctuated over recent decades. The 2010 census recorded a population of 37,034, following figures of 42,185 in 2002 and 44,065 during the 1989 Soviet census.
