Nizhny Lomov is a town located in the Penza Oblast of Russia. It serves as the administrative center of the Nizhnelomovsky District and is situated on the banks of the Lomov River.
The town is positioned along the M5 Highway, approximately 109 kilometers (68 miles) northwest of Penza, which is the administrative center of the oblast. According to the 2010 census, the population of Nizhny Lomov was 22,678.
