Toguchin is a town located in the Novosibirsk Oblast of Russia. It serves as the administrative center of the Toguchinsky District and is situated on the Inya River, approximately 125 kilometers (78 miles) east of Novosibirsk, which is the administrative center of the oblast.
According to census data, the population of the town has remained relatively stable over recent decades. The 2010 census recorded a population of 21,900, following figures of 22,179 in 2002 and 23,189 during the 1989 Soviet census.
