Parfino is an urban locality situated in the Novgorod Oblast of Russia. It serves as the administrative center of the Parfinsky District and is located along the Lovat River, approximately 20 kilometers east of Staraya Russa.
Municipally, the town is incorporated as the Parfinskoye Urban Settlement, which constitutes the only urban settlement within the district. According to census data, the population was recorded at 7,492 in 2010, following a previous count of 8,446 in 2002 and 8,299 during the 1989 Soviet census.
