Navashino is a town located in the Nizhny Novgorod Oblast of Russia. It is situated on a branch of the Oka River, positioned approximately 10 kilometers east of Murom and 158 kilometers (98 miles) southwest of Nizhny Novgorod.
According to the 2010 Census, the town had a population of 16,416 residents.
