Khoroshevo-Mnevniki

Russia

Khoroshyovo-Mnyovniki, also spelled Khoroshevo-Mnevniki or Khoroshevo-Mnevniki, is a residential neighborhood located in the North-Western Borough of Moscow, Russia. The district covers an area of approximately 15 square kilometres (5.8 mi2) and is situated roughly 7 km west of the city center.

The geography of the neighborhood is defined by its proximity to the Moscow River, which borders both its western and southern sides. The variation in spelling for the name is commonly attributed to the frequent replacement of the letter "yo" with "ye" in Russian transliteration.
