Sergiyev Posad is a city located in the Moscow Oblast of Russia. It serves as the administrative center of the Sergiyevo-Posadsky District.
According to census data, the population of the city was 111,179 in 2010, following figures of 113,581 in 2002 and 114,696 during the 1989 Soviet census.
