Kemlya

Kemlya is a rural locality located in the Republic of Mordovia, Russia. It serves as the administrative center of the Ichalkovsky District.

According to census data, the population of Kemlya has remained relatively stable over recent decades. The 1989 Soviet census recorded a population of 4,953, followed by 4,872 in 2002 and 4,826 in 2010.
