Vsevolozhsk is a town located in the Leningrad Oblast of Russia. It serves as the administrative center of the Vsevolozhsky District and is situated on the Karelian Isthmus, approximately 24 kilometers east of Saint Petersburg.
The town has experienced demographic shifts over recent decades. According to census data, the population was recorded at 59,704 in 2010, following a previous count of 45,310 in 2002 and 31,946 during the 1989 Soviet census.
