Dalmatovo is a town and the administrative center of the Dalmatovsky District in Kurgan Oblast, Russia. It is situated on the north bank of the Iset River, positioned opposite the mouth of the Techa River. The town is located approximately 192 kilometers (119 miles) northwest of Kurgan, which serves as the administrative center of the oblast.
The settlement was previously known by the name Dalmatovskoye. According to census data, the population of the town was 13,911 in 2010, following a decline from 14,972 in 2002 and 17,494 during the 1989 Soviet census.
