Gelendzhik

Gelendzhik is a resort town located in the Krasnodar Krai region of Russia. It is situated on the Gelendzhik Bay of the Black Sea, positioned geographically between the cities of Novorossiysk and Tuapse.

While the administrative boundaries of Gelendzhik proper cover 1,926 hectares, the broader Greater Gelendzhik area extends for 102 kilometers along the coastline and encompasses a total area of 122,754 hectares. According to the 2021 census, the town has a population of 80,204.
