Vokhma is a rural locality situated in the Kostroma Oblast of Russia. It serves as the administrative center of the Vokhomsky District.
According to census data, the population of the settlement has seen a gradual decline over several decades. The 2021 census recorded a population of 3,928 residents, following figures of 4,386 in 2010, 4,785 in 2002, and 4,953 during the 1989 Soviet census.
