Vyatskiye Polyany is a town located in the Kirov Oblast of Russia. It is situated on the right bank of the Vyatka River, approximately 350 kilometers (220 mi) southeast of the city of Kirov.
The population of the town has fluctuated over recent decades. According to census data, the population was 44,513 in 1989, decreased to 40,282 in 2002, and reached 35,162 by 2010.
