Nolinsk is a town located in the Kirov Oblast of Russia. It serves as the administrative center of the Nolinsky District and is situated on the right bank of the Voya River.
The town is positioned approximately 143 kilometers (89 miles) south of Kirov, which is the administrative center of the oblast. According to census data, the population was recorded at 9,554 in 2010, following previous counts of 10,463 in 2002 and 10,902 during the 1989 Soviet census.
