Uray is a town located in the Khanty–Mansi Autonomous Okrug region of Russia. It is situated on the Konda River, approximately 350 kilometres (220 miles) away from the city of Khanty-Mansiysk.
The population of Uray was recorded at 39,457 during the 2010 census, following a steady increase from 38,872 in 2002 and 37,198 in the 1989 Soviet census.
