Khanty-Mansiysk

Khanty-Mansiysk is a city located in west-central Siberia, Russia. It is situated on the eastern bank of the Irtysh River, approximately 15 kilometers from its confluence with the Ob River.

The city is positioned within the oil-rich region of Western Siberia. While it functions as an independent city, Khanty-Mansiysk also serves as the administrative center for both the Khanty-Mansiysky District and the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug–Yugra.
