Pereyaslavka is an urban-type settlement located in the Khabarovsk Krai region of Russia. It serves as the administrative center for the Imeni Lazo District.
According to census data, the population of the settlement has fluctuated over recent decades. The 2010 census recorded a population of 8,921 residents, following figures of 10,455 in 2002 and 11,846 during the 1989 Soviet census.
