Osinniki is a town located in the Kemerovo Oblast region of Russia. Formerly known as Osinovka until 1938, the settlement serves as a residential and industrial hub within the oblast.
According to census data, the population of Osinniki has fluctuated over recent decades. The 2010 census recorded a population of 46,001, following figures of 51,057 in 2002 and 62,687 during the 1989 Soviet census.
