Belomorsk is a town located in the Republic of Karelia, Russia. It serves as the administrative center of the Belomorsky District and is situated on the shore of the White Sea along Onega Bay.
The town's population has fluctuated over recent decades. According to census data, the population was 18,935 during the 1989 Soviet census, decreased to 13,103 in 2002, and reached 11,217 by the 2010 census.
