Sukhinichi

Sukhinichi is a town and the administrative center of the Sukhinichsky District in Kaluga Oblast, Russia. It is located on the Bryn River, approximately 105 kilometers (65 miles) southwest of Kaluga, which serves as the administrative center of the oblast.

The town functions as a major railway junction situated on the Moscow – Kyiv line. According to census data, the population was recorded at 14,806 in 2021, following previous counts of 16,273 in 2010 and 16,387 in 2002.
