Gvardeysk is a town in Russia that serves as the administrative center of the Gvardeysky District. It is situated on the right bank of the Pregolya River, approximately 38 kilometers east of Kaliningrad within the historic region of Sambia.
According to census data, the population of the town has fluctuated over recent decades. The 2021 census recorded a population of 13,353, following figures of 13,899 in 2010 and 14,572 in 2002.
