Yuzha is a town located in Russia and serves as the administrative center of the Yuzhsky District. It is situated on Lake Vazal, approximately 95 kilometers (59 miles) southeast of Ivanovo, which is the administrative center of the Ivanovo Oblast.
The population of the town has seen a decline over recent decades. According to census data, the population was 20,892 in 1989, decreasing to 15,636 in 2002, 14,170 in 2010, and reaching 12,957 by 2021.
