Palekh is an urban locality located in the Ivanovo Oblast of Russia. It serves as the administrative center of the Palekhsky District.
As of the 2021 census, the population of Palekh was 4,633. Historical census data shows a declining trend from previous decades, with populations recorded at 5,337 in 2010, 5,814 in 2002, and 6,202 during the 1989 Soviet census.
