Shelekhov is a town in Russia that serves as the administrative center of the Shelekhovsky District. It is situated within the Irkutsk Oblast, located approximately 20 kilometers (12 mi) southwest of the oblast's administrative center, Irkutsk.
The town is geographically positioned on the plains between the rivers Irkut and Olha. Its official day is celebrated annually on July 12.
