Yemanzhelinsk is a town located in Russia and serves as the administrative center of the Yemanzhelinsky District. It is situated in the Chelyabinsk Oblast on the eastern slopes of the Southern Ural Mountains, positioned approximately 50 kilometers (31 mi) south of the oblast's administrative center, Chelyabinsk.
The town is located near the border with Kazakhstan. According to census data, the population was recorded at 30,216 in 2010, following a count of 30,202 in 2002 and 31,153 during the 1989 Soviet census.
