Nyazepetrovsk is a town located in the Chelyabinsk Oblast of Russia. It serves as the administrative center of the Nyazepetrovsky District and is situated on the banks of the Nyazya River.
The town is positioned approximately 150 kilometers (93 miles) northwest of Chelyabinsk, which is the administrative center of the oblast. According to census data, the population was recorded at 12,451 in 2010, following a decline from 17,133 in 1989 and 13,405 in 2002.
