Khorinsk is a rural locality situated in the Republic of Buryatia, Russia. It serves as the administrative center of the Khorinsky District.
The population of the settlement has remained relatively stable over recent decades. According to census data, the population was recorded at 8,138 in 2010, 8,134 in 2002, and 8,661 during the 1989 Soviet census.
