Klintsy is a town located in the Bryansk Oblast of Russia. It is situated on the banks of the Turosna River, approximately 164 kilometers southwest of the city of Bryansk.
According to census data, the population of Klintsy has fluctuated over recent decades. As of the 2021 census, the town had a population of 63,059, following figures of 62,510 in 2010 and 67,325 in 2002.
